Shipping Regions

1)Free shipping only applies for orders over 500 euro.

2) As we ship FedEx/DHL/UPS or other similar carriers, we DO NOT ship our gadgets to PO BOXES or APO.

3) Residents of AK, HI, PR, or other U.S. territories will be contacted regarding order confirmation, as shipping to these regions may result in extra shipping fees and/or order cancellations.

 

Import Duty and Tax

In most cases, you will receive items or orders at your final payment paid to https://eco-gadget.shop It is the customer’s responsibility to pay the import and customs duties and fees that are incurred as a result of the international shipment (Except shipping from the above warehouses to a domestic or single marketplace), the customer is also responsible for ensuring they comply with all of their local/state/federal regulations concerning the import and use of electric bicycles.

Eco Gadget will contact recipients of international shipments regarding extra shipping and/or duty costs.

 

Changes of Shipping

Any changes that you make regarding shipping once the item is shipped, including but not limited to changing the address, putting an order on hold, or updating shipping settings/preferences may delay your receipt of the products and replacement products and/or refunds.

 

*Note: Changing an order to a different gadget prior to shipping may result in extra costs and delays. Once the order has shipped, it is no longer possible to change it without incurring extra fees.

For Returns: We are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive the item you are attempting to return. For more information regarding our limited warranty and claims process, please review our Limited Warranty Terms.

For any third-party shipping outside of Eco Gadget’s normal shipping process, we cannot provide ANY additional shipping information or documentation.

Parts shipping to the Customer: 

When a part is shipped, it is the customer’s responsibility to be aware of the package’s location. Updates can be checked using the tracking number through the shipping company’s website or calling the shipping company.

There may be occasions where the shipping company will only make one delivery attempt to the customer’s delivery address. At which point, if the delivery attempt is failed, the package will be taken to a holding facility, which can be a variety of store locations (The holding facility’s location can be checked using the tracking number). The package will remain at the holding facility for up to 10 days. If the customer fails to pick up the package, it will be returned to us.

If the package is returned, the customer will be required to pay for the shipping cost before the package can be re-sent. (Note: Customer must first notify Eco Gadget that the package is needing to be re-sent. Eco Gadget will then notify you of the shipping cost needed to be paid to resend the package).

In the event that a wrong part is ordered from Eco Gadget’s website, and the package has been shipped out, the customer will be required to pay the original shipping cost (including cancellation fees from the shipping company), plus the new shipping cost for the correct part (Note: paying for the cost of the part is not needed, only shipping costs).

Failure in correspondence: There may be times when purchasing a part that Eco Gadget will contact you regarding the part. Specific parts have more than one variation, so requests such as sending a picture of the desired part may be made.

Failure to respond to Eco Gadget may result in the order being cancelled at Eco Gadget’s discretion.
